Are non-negotiable, that’s what makes them standards
Many departments and institutions treat training and security as a box to check off, to say it was done. That is not the Mission First way. We are passionate about our work and we believe it shows in everything we do. In every program we present, in every assessment we complete, we perform to a standard not a price or a timeline. We treat every project we take on as if lives depend on it, because in our world they do. We believe our clients’ successes are our successes and their failures are our failures, and so our job is not complete until it we are willing to put our name and reputation behind it. We measure our value as a company not in money, but in lives saved.
That is why “good enough” will never be good enough for us.
